About the role

Academic Duties: 1.
Assist in curriculum and syllabus review, overhaul, and development.
Support the organization of student testing and placement.
Guide newly qualified teachers in preparing lessons.
Implement and maintain academic procedures and records.
Manage and organize materials, resources, examinations, and assessments.
Address student and group leader inquiries on academic matters.
Design and ensure the supervision and discipline of students.
Conduct lesson observations and provide feedback to teachers.
Support teachers in their teaching, classroom management, and assessments.
Integrate academic and recreational program aspects.
Teach as required to meet operational demands.
Submit reports and follow up on academic-related tasks.
Assist in the development of special needs curriculum and training.
Management Duties: 1.
Support the Director of Studies and other center managers in overall center management.
Maintain accurate staff records.
Ensure committees meet desired standards.
Assist in center set-up and resource management.
Organize meetings, trainings, and workshops.
Regular/Daily Tasks (assigned by Director of Studies): Includes managing new and current curricula for various programs (Adult, Kid, Pre-kid, Chinese, Thai, AIS Full Day), teacher observation and feedback processes, online learning platforms (MyELT, QSkills), sponsorship programs, online assessments, professional development, curriculum updates, teacher website and handbook, award coordination, CSR in academics, extracurricular activities, verbal and written reports, policy creation and monitoring, and other relevant academic tasks or projects.
Duties Specific to Marketing Department: Assist in creating digital content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
Support video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
Help manage content calendars and brainstorm creative ideas.
Conduct basic research.
Ensure media assets are organized and archived.
Collaborate with team members on branding and content strategies.

Requirements

Degree in Education or related field
Management experience in education or any related fields
Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative and ability to multi-task
