Description

The Senior Marketing Content Lead leads a hands-on marketing content production team within the Digital Marketing Department, focused primarily on television shows, major campaigns, concerts, festivals, tours, and other large-scale marketing projects.
This is a production-first leadership role.
The individual is expected to actively plan, shoot, edit, direct, and deliver content while leading the Videographer/Editors and Junior Graphic Designer and maintaining the overall creative quality of the team's output.
The role works closely with the Digital Marketing team to turn campaign strategies and rollout plans into practical content production.
It also coordinates with campaign branding and creative leads so content stays aligned with the campaign message, visual direction, brand guidelines, and Baramey's standard.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Good foundation in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of basic typography, layout, composition, color, and image treatment.
Proactive, with a willingness to adopt company systems and technology, including AI tools and project management platforms.
Detail-oriented and able to handle revisions efficiently.
