About the role

Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Solicit both potentially existing and new clients in accordance with guidelines to ensure secured loans.
On-board new small loans to ensure delivery of disbursement targets.
Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options available, as well as the terms of those services for further cross-selling.
Collect all clients' required documents for loan application.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
Conduct a site visit during loan assessment process to obtain in-depth information concerning the purpose of customer’s loan application and ensure customer security for the loan is sufficient and acceptable.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer such cases to the supervisor.
Process registration of title deeds at local authority and land office to acquire legal evidence of client’s right to ownership of the property.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High Diploma or Associate Degree in finance and banking, accounting and/or relevant field.
Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience in credit/loan processing, sales, or customer services is an advantage.
Good sales, problem solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of banking products and service/lending part is preferable.
Harding, commitment, ability to communicate and self-motivated.
Be able to travel based on location set.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
