ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a highly successful and established automotive group and dealership specializing in the retail and service of a globally renowned premium and luxury automotive brands in Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The General Manager (GM) is serving as the strategic leader and driving the brand' P&L, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The GM will champion the premium brand's culture, develop high-performing teams, and ensure sustained profitability and market growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Achieve and exceed annual sales and service revenue goals by executing comprehensive P&L management, inventory control, and strategic cost-control measures.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with high-end client networks while implementing strategies that ensure every touchpoint reflects the premium quality of the brand.
• Develop and implement market-penetration strategies to significantly increase market share and unit volume while maintaining high price integrity.
• Oversee all departments (Sales, Aftersales, F&I) to ensure seamless workflow, strict regulatory compliance, and adherence to all global manufacturer standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach management staff, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability, results, and five-star customer service (CSI).

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• A minimum of 10 years in Automotive Retails, with 5+ years in a General Manager or Dealer Principal role, ideally within the luxury or premium segment.
• Expert command of P&L management, financial reporting, and complex budgeting to drive and sustain maximum gross profit.
• Proven track record of building, inspiring, and retaining top-tier management teams and driving a positive, results-oriented workplace culture.
• proven experience and strong networking with high-end or VIP clients and their communities.
