ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Partner with department managers to identify and fulfill workforce needs.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
• Support and coordinate employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Administer performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases.
• Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and compensation-related activities.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve HR operations and organizational

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and team leadership.
