ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of housing options and actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for strategically overseeing all aspects of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution services, providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. This critical leadership role reports directly to the Finance Director and ensures the efficient flow and accurate tracking of materials, equipment, and supplies across the company's operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Strategically manage warehouse operations, ensuring policy compliance and vision alignment.
• Oversee and ensure accurate weekly, monthly, and yearly stock counts.
• Monitor and optimize material/goods movement, storage quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency.
• Maintain and organize inventory/storage areas, optimizing space and recommending improvements.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards within facilities.
• Produce and analyze regular reports (e.g., IN/OUT status, dead stock) for actionable insights.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by superior.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• At least 7 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with team management/supervision skills.
• Highly effective supervisory, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Khmer.
