ABOUT THE ROLE:

Leasing Senior Officer is responsible for maximizing property occupancy and revenue by overseeing the full leasing lifecycle, including strategic tenant acquisition, contract negotiation, and the maintenance of high-quality tenant relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Identify and attract prospective tenants through marketing and networking channels.
• Ponduct viewings and present leasing terms to convert leads into tenants.
• Negotiate favorable, policy-compliant lease agreements to meet targets.
• Prepare and review lease contracts and related documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain communication with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to optimize pricing and strategies.
• Achieve occupancy targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Work with management and maintenance teams to ensure optimal property condition.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant info, and agreements.
• Assist in marketing campaigns to increase visibility and promote available units.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, , or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local property laws and leasing regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
