ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is the market-leading affiliate of the world's largest Commercial Real Estate Services firm, providing integrated solutions across real estate brokerage, property management, and valuation in Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Residential Supervisor role is critical for overseeing daily residential property operations, managing on-site teams, coordinating technical maintenance, and maintaining excellent tenant/resident relations to ensure the property is safe, fully compliant, and operates to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, security, and overall property functionality.
• Supervise, train, and manage operational staff, including maintenance, security, and cleaning teams.
• Monitor and coordinate all preventive maintenance (PM) and essential repairs for critical building systems (MEP).
• Act as the primary contact to promptly address and resolve all tenant/resident complaints, inquiries, and service requests.
• Assist in managing the operational budget, monitor expenditures, and support cost-effective solutions.
• Guarantee all services and activities strictly comply with local regulations and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Manage the smooth move-in and move-out processes for tenants and assist with lease documentation coordination.
• Contribute to the preparation of regular property management reports (e.g., occupancy rates, maintenance costs).
• Promote a culture of service excellence to maintain high resident satisfaction and strong community relations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in property or facility management, preferably in a residential environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct a diverse team to achieve operational and resident service objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English (essential for client/resident interaction).
• Solid understanding of building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general maintenance procedures.
• Strong aptitude for proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving daily operational and tenant issues.
