ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Sales Consultant is strategically responsible for driving special product revenue growth by executing the full sales cycle, from aggressive prospecting and relationship management to complex negotiation and closing, while ensuring client satisfaction and providing critical market feedback.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Strategically identify, prospect, and qualify potential high-value clients through professional networking, cold outreach, referrals, and deep market research.
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to position the special product offerings effectively, delivering persuasive presentations that highlight tangible features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Lead complex negotiations on terms of sale, including pricing, contracts, and delivery logistics to successfully close deals and meet aggressive revenue targets.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key accounts and clients to ensure maximum satisfaction, loyalty, and recurring business.
  • Continuously engage with the existing client base to proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling additional products or cross-selling complementary services.
  • Stay comprehensively updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, utilizing sales data and insights to advise on growth strategies and sales optimization.
  • Serve as the client liaison, effectively coordinating with internal teams—including Marketing, Logistics, After-Sales, and Customer Support—to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare precise and timely reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and product performance feedback for senior management.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related commercial field.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a track record of success, preferably within construction material supply, industrial equipment, or related B2B sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, conduct contract negotiations, and drive significant account revenue.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, written communication, and report-writing skills in both English and Khmer (essential for interacting with diverse clients and management).
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel for reporting, and PowerPoint).
  • Great analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, coupled with a high degree of proactivity and client-focus.
