Our client is a leading provider of high-quality products, professional services, and consulting for water and wastewater treatment, specializing in supplying equipment and chemicals to sectors such as food and beverage, power plants, and industrial boilers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Sales Ececutive responsible to lead the sales team and drive business growth. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and securing new business in the water treatment sector.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities in the water and wastewater treatment sector.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal generation and contract negotiation.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 3-5 years proven sales experience.
• A background in water treatment, environmental technology, or a related industrial sector is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to sales.
