Our client is a leading real estate company in Cambodia, specializing in the development and sale of high-quality residential and commercial properties.
ABOUT THE ROLE:

Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, mentoring sales consultants, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within a dynamic real estate environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Communicate and implement management's strategic directions and planned actions to the sales consultants, ensuring alignment and clear understanding.
• Continuously monitor and track sales performance, analyzing results both by individual consultant and by specific projects to identify areas of success and improvement.
• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to sales consultants, enabling them to deliver high-quality services and build strong customer relationships.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and problems, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensure the proper and effective utilization and maintenance of the customer relationship management (CRM) system by all sales consultants.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in sales performance and initiate effective solutions to address identified issues.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and promoting knowledge exchange within the sales team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall team objectives and company growth.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field,
• At least 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office Suite
• Understanding of selling techniques and concepts.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Khmer and English, strong interpersonal abilities, and a professional demeanor.
• Proven analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to developing solutions.
