The client is a leading retail distributor specializing in books, educational materials, and stationery.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Sales Office Coordinator, you will drive sales growth by managing digital client communications and ensuring high-level administrative accuracy for corporate procurement needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Act as the first point of contact for corporate partners across Telegram, Email, and Facebook, ensuring rapid response times and professional service.
• Generate precise sales quotations and commercial invoices that align with client requirements and company pricing standards.
• Coordinate with the sales team to move leads from initial inquiry to final billing, maintaining organized records of all corporate transactions.
• Utilize digital platforms to provide product information, stock availability, and order updates to corporate procurement officers.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• A strong focus on achieving performance benchmarks and driving business growth.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use English for (Microsoft Word Excel..)
