ABOUT THE ROLE:

The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across web, mobile, and platform products. This collaborative role requires transforming complex ideas into user-friendly interfaces, with a strong emphasis on creativity, attention to detail, and staying current with industry trends.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create compelling user interfaces for a wide range of web, mobile, and platform applications, ensuring optimal usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Lead the design process from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity visual mockups, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Partner closely with product managers, product owners, and business analysts throughout the entire development cycle to integrate user-centric design.
• Work with the UI/UX Lead to align on design direction and strategy, and contribute to research efforts by tracking industry trends and exploring new platforms.
• Prepare and deliver detailed design assets and specifications to development teams, providing support during the implementation phase.
• Assist the design team with daily production tasks, maintain internal design tools, and inspire creative solutions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Design, or a related field, with proven UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency in design, prototyping, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Wireframe.cc).
• Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Retail Tech, FinTech, or Restaurant Tech domains and experience designing for POS/merchant platforms.
