ABOUT THE ROLE A content creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing engaging visual, video, and written content across digital platforms. WHAT YOU WILL DO Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content optimized for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Operate basic photo/video equipment. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and aesthetic standards. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules across platforms. Monitor trending topics, viral formats, and localized HR/career trends in Cambodia to generate fresh ideas. Engage with audiences via comments, messages, and community groups on Facebook, Telegram, and LinkedIn.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Producer, or Digital Media Specialist. Proficiency in mobile or desktop video editing software. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable appearing on camera (or hosting brief video segments) when needed. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
